FVSC employs a quality system that takes every step to ensure ISO 9001: 2008 quality management guidelines are followed. This includes ongoing audits, training, and system upgrades.
Through the use of statistical process control we meet and maintain specifications and standards as prescribed by our customers. The quality control team at FVSC ensures that metal stampings, parts and components meet tight customer specifications and are within tolerance. Members of the quality control team have the authority and responsibility to withhold shipment of any lot that fails to meet customer specifications. Our ultimate goal at FVSC is a 100% acceptance rate by our customers.
